As the summer ends we start to see the high cumulus clouds streaming across the western skies. The warm color of the turning autumn leaves reflects into them.

- Welcome to my blog. My name is Eric Jacobsen. I currently reside in Glenwood, WA. I have lived out West since 1998 and have found the rugged and pristine NW landscape to be a limitless supply of inspiration for me. From the arid high desert to the rugged coastline and the many and varied places in between, I endeavor to capture the movement of light over the immense and varied topography we know as the great Northwest.
